- Taught marketing at Brigham Young, Washington State, Weber State and University of Idaho.
- Farmed in eastern Idaho for eleven years, grew certified seed potates, hay and grain and operated a potato packing plant
- Employed by Campbell Scientific and Decagon Devices as a Marketing Manager.
- Formed MorpH2O Water Management with Kent Petersen in January of 2006
